I Can Enjoy Eating Out and Still Lose Weight
Working with Alexia was like nothing I had experienced in previous programs: it was not about counting calories or mindlessly eating some tasteless diet plan. Instead, she taught me how to burn fat for energy by making nutritious, simple, and yummy meals. 

But I wasn’t restricted to my kitchen since I also learned to stay in fat-burning mode when eating out in restaurants. I live in New Orleans, famous for our food culture, so this was a valuable lesson to me – I want to get fit while living life!
