Directions:
As a dietary supplement, start with 1/4 teaspoon in water 2-3 times daily. Increase the dose by 1/4 teaspoon every week until you are taking 1 teaspoon 2-3 times daily for regular immune system support. For added short term immune system protection, consume 1 teaspoon 3-4 times daily. Rinse mouth with water after use.
