I began seeing Dr. Mary at the Remedy Room because my wife was dealing with a severe bio-toxin poisoning issue brought about by exposure to mold that most Doctors had little to no ability or desire to address. I truly believe that without the treatment she received from Dr. Mary, she would not still be alive today. I am forever grateful to Dr. Mary for that, but that is my wife’s story to tell.I thought that I was “healthy” and only began following Dr. Mary’s protocol in support of my wife as she went through her cellular detox and diet changes. Dr. Mary explained to us that much of what we consider general aging issues are in fact complications from years and years of crud building up in our cells keeping our bodies from operating the way that they were designed to operate. She explained her protocol in a way that made perfect sense to me.The detox and diet changes were challenging, but I could see and feel the results relatively quickly and it left me wanting more. My body really responded to the intermittent fasting and I had more focus, energy and strength. Over a two year period, I lost about forty pounds and have kept it all off.While you can see a significant visual change in my body and my face, the most important improvements have been in the way my body is operating internally. I am definitively firing on all cylinders like a race car, and it is much easier to maintain my weight and fitness.I follow a loose Keto diet that cuts out most sugars(except my nightly piece of dark chocolate) and cuts back on carbs. I am eating plenty of healthy fats that taste great and keep my stomach feeling full. I eat about one third of the volume of food that I used to, and don’t feel like I am denying myself of anything, volume or taste. I try to eat my carbs early in the day to give my body time to burn them off. If I am traveling or on vacation and binge for a few days, I will do a 24-36 hour fast and can feel my body burning off all the crud.In 2002, my wife and I did a full ironman. I was training over 20 hours per week and could barely keep my weight under 200lbs. My body is working so much more effectively now processing food, supplements and exercise that I am easily maintaining my weight at 185lbs with 2-3 hours per week of pilates and some light walking and bike riding around town. All of my nagging health issues are gone, and I feel better now than I have since my teens or early twenties.Dr. Mary’s protocol allows me to pursue all of my adventures (hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, skiing, surfing etc.) with strength and confidence and no fear of hurting myself. It was so effective for my wife and I, that all four of our children have worked with Dr. Mary also. I strongly recommend it to everyone, no matter how healthy that you think you are.
