Refund & Return Policy

At The Remedy Room, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Due to the nature of our offerings, the following policies apply to all over-the-counter (OTC) products and gift cards.page.

🛍️ OTC Products (Retail Items)

Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused OTC products within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, sealed packaging
  • The product must not be used or opened
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Supplements or ingestible items once opened
  • Products without original packaging

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds on products or services.

If there is an issue with your purchase, we may offer store credit at our discretion. Store credit can be used toward future purchases or services at The Remedy Room.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.

We will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue store credit for the value of the item

🎁 Gift Cards

All Gift Card Sales Are Final

  • Gift cards are non-refundable
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash

Usage

Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption

Gift cards can be used toward services or products at The Remedy Room

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

The Remedy Room is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

Shipping returns

To return your product, mail it to us. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
